We offer a flat shipping rate based on the total number of dollars spent. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-4 days to ship and receive and also utilizes delivery confirmation.

$10.01-$36.00 shipping cost is $4.80

$36.01-99.99 shipping cost is $6.95

$100.00- ? shipping cost is $6.95

Stay My Baby is based in Frisco, TX. Residents of DFW have the option to pick up orders. Our location is convenient for residents living in Dallas, McKinney, Little Elm, Plano, Allen, and Fort Worth. Pick up is available at Parcel Pedia at 8992 Preston Road, Frisco, TX 75034. You can select this option at check out to avoid shipping charges.

Please note this option does not apply for bag tags and orbit inchbug labels.

We also have a store inside the Market Place at Frisco Square located at 8861 Coleman Street, Frisco, TX 75034. The hours are 10-7 Mon-Thurs, 10-9 Fri-Sat and 1-5 on Sunday. Many products available online are also available in the store including a wide variety of Nap Mats.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, return it to us and we will issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping or replace the product if you so desire. The return of embroidered/personalized items will be addressed on a case by case basis.
